Master Agreement

THIS MASTER AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES.

This Master agreement ("MA" or "agreement") is entered between Welue Strategic Alliances Pvt. Ltd. ("Welue" or "we" or "us" or "our") and you or the entity you represent ("you" or "your").

• By accepting this agreement, either through
  1. executing one or multiple service contracts;
  2. any other shadow arrangement that incorporates this agreement by reference; or
  3. by clicking a box on {{article:ARAUOMNVQPBM:the platform}} indicating your acceptance, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
• If you register in any capacity related to the enterprise who has signed up for our services, this agreement will also govern your use of our services.
• You represent to us that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts (e.g., you are not a minor).
• If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have requisite authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions, in which case the terms "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity and its affiliates. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not execute a service contract or otherwise accept this agreement and may not use our services.
• You represent and warrant that you or your company are not subject to any contractual restriction, obligation, agreement, arrangement, contract, understanding, court order or otherwise, that will in any way, directly or indirectly limit or restrict you or your company in performing all or any of the obligations, terms and conditions of this agreement.
• Please see the section on definitions for certain terms used in this agreement.
• MA is effective between you and us as of the earlier of the date of your executing the applicable service contract or clicking the box on the platform indicating your acceptance.
• This agreement lays out the terms and conditions and rules and policies and procedures, as may be amended and supplemented, from time to time, ("terms") which shall be applicable to the provision of our services.

Your access and use of the platform/services in any way is evidence of your acceptance of the current and/or modified terms of this MA and the enforcement of said terms. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the platform/services. Welue reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, or otherwise alter these terms at any time effective upon posting of the modified terms on the platform. Please review the terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform or any materials or services accessible through it, after such posting or notification means you accept the modifications.

You expressly represent that you have read, understood and agree to abide by the terms in MA including any changes thereto made by Welue, from time to time, relating to the services, which changes shall be made available on https://multey.com/ma. You agree that this agreement forms a valid contract between you and Welue, and that Welue may, at its sole discretion, amend the services and/ or the terms, either wholly or partially, at any time in any manner and without the requirement of any prior notice or consent.

Please read the terms stated or referenced in this agreement carefully before using our services. Using the services indicates that you have read and accepted this agreement. If you do not accept this agreement, you are not authorized to use our services.
