Lynn LeBlanc
CEO and Founder
Lynn LeBlanc, CEO and founder of HotLink Corporation, has over 25 years of enterprise software and technology experience at both Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley start-ups. Prior to founding HotLink, Ms. LeBlanc was founder and CEO of FastScale Technology, an enterprise software company acquired by VMware, Inc. With a proven track record of successfully bringing emerging technologies to market, her extensive career includes SVP and VP roles in general management, marketing and business development at industry leaders including Cadence Design Systems and Octel Communications as well as acquired start-ups iReady Corporation, ILEX Systems and Atherton Technology. Lynn also served at VP of Marketing and Business Development at Scyld Software and spent her early career at IBM Corporation.
Oded Haner
CTO
Oded Haner, CTO at HotLink Corporation, is an accomplished, strategic, collaborative technology leader with extensive experience in developing and implementing innovative IT technologies. Most recently, Mr. Haner was CIO at Monster Cable where he developed and deployed a multi-year roadmap to overhaul corporate architecture towards virtualization, private cloud and SaaS based technologies. As a direct result of his vision, Monster Cable became an early adopter and internal service provider using both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure. Prior to Monster Cable, Mr. Haner was the co-founder and CTO at Davycom Ltd, an Israel-based company, providing IT products and services to global clients.
Richard Offer
Chief Scientist and Co-Founder
Richard Offer is co-founder and Chief Scientist at HotLink Corporation. Mr. Offer is a seasoned technologist and engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in enterprise software development, system security and engineering management. With multiple patents in datacenter management technology, his robust technology vision for heterogeneous data centers has consistently resulted in compelling solutions for complex IT infrastructures. Prior to HotLink, Mr. Offer was co-founder, chief architect and VP of Engineering at FastScale Technology, acquired by VMware, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Offer’s career includes work on high performance Linux clusters, trusted operating systems and managing heterogeneous computer networks at various companies including Scyld Software, Silicon Graphics, SCO, University of Oxford and Rolls Royce.
Walt Wallach
VP of Engineering
Walt Wallach is Vice President of Engineering at Hotlink Corporation with more than 25 years of experience innovating and leading teams to successfully deliver sophisticated data center software and hardware technologies. Most recently, Mr. Wallach was director of application services at Marklogic Corporation, focused on highly scalable, ACID compliant databases for unstructured data. Prior, he was vice president of software development at NetXen Technology and Penguin Computing as well as engineering director at Compaq/HP and NetFrame. He received Masters and Engineer degrees from Stanford University and is an inventor on more than 50 patents.
Jerry McLeod
VP of Marketing and Business Development
Jerry brings over 25 years of technology experience to HotLink with strong roots in the enterprise. With a successful track record at startups as well as Fortune 500 leaders, his broad background spans both IT and telecommunications markets and includes executive roles in marketing, product management, business development, sales and general management. Immediately prior to HotLink, Jerry was Director of Product Marketing at VMware, where he was responsible for responsible for all pricing, packaging, strategic partner initiatives and business planning for VMware’s portfolio of management products. Other experience includes his role as VP of Marketing and Business Development at FastScale, VP of Product Management at Mobilitec, VP of Business Development at Lucent Technologies and a long tenure at Octel Communications where his positions included SVP & General Manager and a range of marketing and technical roles.
