Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and implementing outbound marketing programs that deliver qualified leads to the HotLink sales team. Additionally, s/he will be responsible for all marketing communications activities including collateral development, website management, tradeshows and interfacing with the company’s public relations firm. Please note that this is a hands-on implementation role, not a project management role. This important position will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement demand generation campaigns including email marketing, webinars, field events, social media and others
- Manage tradeshow program (4-6/year) to present an excellent corporate image, ensure strong brand visibility and maximize lead generation opportunities
- Analyze campaign outcomes and make recommendations for enhancement
- Work with other members of the marketing and sales teams to optimize & prioritize demand generation programs
- Create collateral, whitepapers, success stories and other product-related documentation
- Maintain fresh and compelling content on company website
- Coordinate press and analyst briefings and follow-up with PR firm
Requirements
- 5+ years or more experience implementing demand generation programs for Information Technology products (including strategy, implementation and measurement)
- Demonstrated experience with range of marketing campaigns, content development and social media programs for Information Technology markets
- Exceptional written communication skills, including copy writing, editing and proofreading
- Hands-on tradeshow management experience
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite products
- Outstanding creativity and design sense
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and a team player
- Prior experience working for start-up
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
