these days it does not even take a person -- just a catalog posted up on
the web and you're set to go. But Hotlink understands that the people who
buy our products want to achieve specific brand awareness and marketing
goals. And we understand these goals. We are branding and marketing services
professionals and we understand how to promote your business while giving

Our Management Team
We know that when you discover the people behind our business you'll understand

Philip Campbell, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), oversees
Hotlink's financial activities, encompassing finance, accounting, administration,
and operations functions. Philip is a CPA with over 20 years of accounting,
finance, and senior management experience including an Initial Public Offering
(IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange. Throughout his career he has successfully
identified strategies and implemented processes to increase revenue, reduce
costs, and position companies to grow and prosper. He has worked in both
small and large organizations, including Franchise Concepts, Inc. and Fleetwood®
Retail Corp.

Stephanie Wilson-Wagner, VP of Marketing, manages outbound
marketing and sales education and support. Additionally, Stephanie serves
as the subject matter expert for Hotlink's technology platform. With a solid
client relations, marketing and software development background that spans
nearly two decades, Stephanie excels at assisting clients to identify and
develop opportunities to utilize technology to achieve and exceed their
business objectives. Prior to joining Hotlink, Stephanie owned a marketing
consultancy and worked with companies including frogdesign, Paramount Pictures
Technology Group, Apple®, Dell™ and AMD.

Wanza Berry, Director of Operations, provides strategic
leadership in organizational and departmental operations to enhance internal
productivity and accuracy, ensure quality control and overall operational
efficiency of backend administrative and warehouse processes. Additionally,
Wanza manages the sales support, inventory and warehouse teams. Joining
Hotlink in 1999, Wanza gained experience in accounting, in the warehouse
and as an executive assistant; followed by promotions to Office Manager
and then to Director of Sales Support and Customer Service. These experiences
imparted to Wanza a well-rounded understanding of Hotlink operations and
a true appreciation for the needs of its customers and employees.
